There will be Group Participation Cooking Lessons from Professional chefs on how to prepare food from:

Appetizer: Forked Sesame Noodles Entrée: Asian Salmon with Teriyaki Ginger Miso Glaze and Frizzled Onions |
The night will begin with a Cocktail Hour followed by Group Cooking Lessons (running simultaneously) and will conclude with Dinner (including the meals from the Group Lessons) and Dessert.
The price to all NYSCC members and their guests will be $70.00 per person.
Due to space limitations, attendance is limited to the first 100 registrants.
During registration, each participant must choose to participate in either the Italian or the Asian cuisine lesson. (It is not possible to attend both classes.)
